Position 1: Thai Customer Service Representative
职位1:泰语客服代表
Job description:
The agent will basically be the 1st point of contact for Clients; their primary responsibility will assist end users with FAQ and troubleshooting. The agent will login all information into the system and escalate all open cases to the BO team for immediate follow up actions with Local Subsidiaries.
客服坐席人员是客户的第一接触点,他们的主要职责是通过FAQ和技术指导帮助终端用户解决和解答问题.坐席人员要把所有信息录入系统,并向BO团队及时升级所有未闭环问题,对当地公司迅速跟进.
Position 2: Mentor
职位 2:组长
Job description:
The Mentor role is exactly the same as the agent with the additional responsibility of training and keeping the team’s knowledge level at high and satisfactory levels.
小组长的职责和客服坐席人员完全一样,只是添加了让团队保持高水平/高满意度的知识培训.
Job requirement:
●Native Malaysian or Thai  speaking
熟练泰语
●Communicative English/Mandarin skills
英语及普通话沟通能力
●Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
表达清晰反应迅速
●Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications and basic computer skills
掌握基本电脑技能,熟练使用office系统
●Call center experience perferd
呼叫中心工作经验优先
●Technical interests preferred
对技术感兴趣者优先
